Additional Attendees:

As a registered exhibitor, you may register additional attendees for your table at 10% off. To get a promo code, email and include the number of registrants. You will receive a promo code via email within 1 business day.


The information provided during the registration process will be printed in the program. If you have any changes, email before the print deadline of October 19. 


Exhibitors may set up the morning of the event, Wednesday, November 7 beginning at 6:30 am. The conference will begin with breakfast at 7:00 am.


Exhibitors can load in via the hotel's loading dock located on the backside of the hotel property or via the lobby/front entrance.


If you wish to ship any materials to the hotel prior to the event, you must follow the hotel's instructions (below). Fees will be paid directly to the hotel and a credit card authorization form (below) must be received by the hotel prior to shipping any items.

Additional Attendees:

Your sponsorship may include complimentary attendee registrations. Please refer to our sponsor page for the number of attendees included in your sponsorship, or refer to your confirmation email from the IOC team, which will have a promo code to use for your complimentary registrations.
If you would like to register additional people, you may do so using the 10% discount explained above.

All sponsors have the opportunity to have an advertisement in the printed program. Please refer to our sponsor page for the ad size (full, half, quarter) included with your sponsorship. Ad specs are:
Full page: 4.5"w X 7.5"h
Half page: 4.5"w X 3.5"h
Quarter page: 2"w X 3.5"h
Preferred format is PDF with CMYK color (press optimized with no RGB or Spot colors). All fonts should be outlined. Artwork should not contain bleed or crop marks.
Print-ready ads should be emailed to by October 19.
